The Chicago's CAN-TV Underground Railroad Television Show was the brain child of our Executive Producer/Host and Executive Director Clifton Bradley. Mr Bradley has been on CAN_TV for at least 25 years airing every Saturday night at 10:30PM being the voice for the voiceless. Some years later he formed the Shaymar Foundation a not for profit org. 503 towards training and mentoring our youths.

What's was good yesterday is no good today. We, as adults has to sit and create a relationship with out youths to really get to know them. Our youths are watching and following each of our moves, good or bad. Shaymar Foundation was creative with our youth welfare in mind.
